【黎建忠／台北報導】台北富邦馬拉松今天早上7點在北市府前廣場開跑，雖然氣溫僅約攝氏20度上下，但卻遇上賽事10年來首次降雨，可惜選手們成績普遍不佳，無緣帶回200萬台幣的破記錄獎金，就連總參賽人數也從去年的10萬人降到7萬人，最終由來自肯亞的傑可波(Josphat Kamzee Kepkopol)、瑞貝卡(Rebecca Kangogo Chesire)稱王封后，各抱回120萬台幣獎金，而何盡平、許玉芳則分別以2小時23分33秒、2小時48分17秒獲得台灣組的男、女冠軍。
