如何揭穿大說謊家？ 　研究：直接質問對方

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大學研究發現，要明察慣性說謊者是否在說謊，不必絞盡腦汁，只要直接質問對方即可，因為習慣說謊的人，天生性格就不易有懊悔或罪惡感等一般人說謊後會有的反應，他們覺得承認說謊也沒什麼大不了。
 
這項研究刊登在期刊《人類傳播研究》（Human Communication Research）。學者維舒爾（Bruno Verschuere領導的研究人員，調查527人過去24小時內是否曾說謊，結果有4成受訪者聲稱完全未說謊，總計有40%的謊言出自5%的人口中。為證明受訪者的可信度，研究人員還對他們進行實驗，要求他們擲骰子後自報數字，數字越大者可獲得越多酬金。
 
研究人員看不到他們擲出骰子的數字，表示他們可自由選擇是否要說謊，結果顯示，自稱越常說謊的人，所報的數字越高，顯示他們的確比較不老實。先前有研究指出，一般人平均每天說謊2次，不過維舒爾認為，這並不表示每個人都會說謊，有些人說謊的頻率比一般人高出許多。
