【陳方瑩／南投報導】民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天下午參訪南投縣埔里鎮「玫開四度農場」，了解有機栽培香草及食用玫瑰花，並體驗DIY玫瑰醬。藉由農民章思廣11年來堅持不打農藥、不施化肥用真心栽培有機作物，諷刺馬施政下市面假食品、混充油充斥，使人民「食」在不安，強調他是「真」的，推薦「忠」的南投縣長候選人李文忠。
 
針對檢察官評鑑委員會決議將檢察總長黃世銘移送監察院，並建議撤職。他指出，從9月6日馬黃記者會一路發展下來，人民看到的真相是馬黃不但洩密、干涉司法，而且是一連串違憲違法，不論是檢察官提起公訴、監察院彈劾、檢評會決議要求撤職，事實如此明確，黃世銘不再拗了，自己下台，馬英九總統不要再躲了，趕快道歉並對國人說明清楚，讓台灣司法最後一道堤防留一點起碼的尊嚴，讓人民信心不要消失。
