巴西里約大雨釀水患　整個城市癱瘓

巴西里約大雨造成淹水，整個城市陷入癱瘓，很多住家泡在水中。

里約下了滂沱大雨，導致淹水，迫使機場關閉，公車停駛，40多個地區發生土石流，很很多居民住家淹水，只好站在屋頂求救。

里約市長「培阿斯」呼籲民眾待在家中，不要上街，以免發生危險。
