摩根士丹利今(11)日舉辦媒體見面會，摩根士丹利大中華區首席經濟學家喬虹博士(Helen Qiao)表示，很多人問她明年台灣GDP能不能保2，她的看法非常樂觀，在外銷恢復、內需好轉下，預估台灣明年GDP為3.4%。

喬虹表示，台灣外銷可望受惠於發達國家市場回暖，內需市場受惠於消費增加、勞動市場穩定，因此，明年經濟成長率將比今年好。喬虹特別解釋，台灣企業雖然沒有加薪，但也沒有裁員，而經濟的增長將由消費產生，預估明年消費成長將比今年增加1%。

至於美國QE退場對經濟影響如何？喬虹表示，市場擔心QE退場會引起經濟恐慌、股市下跌等，但這些憂慮從去年7月就開始反應，投資人早有心理準備。此外，QE退場的前提是美國經濟體充滿活力和前景，因此預計新興市場經濟體包括中國、台灣明年可望會受惠美國QE退出、經濟好轉的幫助。
