美兩黨達成新預算協議　政府關門鬧劇可望下檔

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國國會助理透露，民主與共和兩黨協商小組已達成新一波預算協議，聯邦政府明年1月15日可望不再重演因無預算可用而被迫關門鬧劇，同時至少2年內都不用擔心這個問題。
 
根據目前協議內容，美國聯邦政府自動削減支出額度將減少約600億美元，包括2014年可少減支400億美元，2015年則可少減支200億美元，美國政府2014年支出上限訂在約1兆美元，也較2011年協議的9670億美元放寬。
 
此外，為平衡放寬政府支出及減支額度影響，將透過提高航空旅行附加費及兵險等收費，增加200億美元收入，以降低預算赤字，盼能藉此獲得減赤立場強硬議員的支持，惟全案仍須參、眾2院表決，爭取通過仍有1場硬仗要打。
