先偷1樓再偷2樓　男子偷冷氣機遭訴

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名49歲簡姓男子因缺錢花用，日前竟到礁溪鄉1處民宅，徒手把1樓的老舊窗型冷氣機拆下，隨後用機車載著冷氣機到廢五金行變賣；不料簡男還食髓知味，相隔不到10天，又跑到該民宅偷走2樓的冷氣機，以同樣的手法賣出，2次得手共1640元。

簡男第二次行竊後，載著冷氣機欲變賣途中，被李姓屋主發現，原本李姓屋主追上，但仍讓簡男逃脫，但已把車號記下並報警。警方獲報後，循線調閱監視器畫面，追查出簡男身份，簡男也向警方坦承犯行，訊後依竊盜罪函送。宜蘭地檢署偵查終結，將簡男起訴，由於簡男去年5月初才因竊盜罪假釋期滿，為累犯，並請法院依法加重其刑。
