【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名黃姓女子（46歲）五月間與中國一名張姓男子（36歲）在中國註冊結婚，八月到移民署申請結婚登記及讓張男來台，對面談官謊稱曾到張男家中過夜，面談官當下打國際電話給張男，張男直接說：「她沒到過我家！」事後張男及黃女辯稱「因為太緊張，說錯了」，面談官再給黃女一次機會

黃女九月二度面談帶著三大張寫滿「5月5日發生關係」、「5月24日中午宴請一桌客人，客人有媽媽、阿姨…」、「進門是客廳，客廳左邊是廚房」的Ａ４紙，且大剌剌在面談官面前拿出來看；但移民官早已找到證人指稱，黃女曾告之「我是去中國假結婚」，警方依違反兩岸人民關係條例將黃女移送法辦。
