【黎百代／桃園報導】又見小孩遭丟包快車道！一名女騎士日前載著2歲男童行經桃園縣內壢路段時，疑因男童鬧脾氣，女騎士竟然狠心地把男童丟棄在車潮川流不息的快車道後揚長而去，還好一名年輕男子緊急衝到車道上把男童抱起，才免於發生危險，雖然不多久女騎士折返將男童帶走，轄區警方獲報後將追查女騎士身分，通知她到案說明。
 
桃園縣政府社會局主任秘書湯文琦說，女騎士的行為已經觸犯《兒童及少年福利與權益保障法》第51條「父母、監護人或其他實際照顧兒童及少年之人不得使兒童獨處於易發生危險或傷害之環境」，可依同法第99條，處以三千元以上一萬五千元以下罰鍰。
