【動新聞】劉政鴻胞弟盜國土　神秘地庫被抄

【胡治言／綜合報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔國土上千坪，神秘地庫昨天被抄曝光。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池，以3百萬元低價在台北陽明山買地蓋「溫泉別墅七七行館」後，竊佔1千2百多坪國有地當「後花園」，更開挖181坪的大型「地庫」，欲將行館以七點七億元出售。檢調昨搜索約談劉政池一家5口，並開挖神秘「地庫」。劉的女兒劉冠廷、劉冠余被依竊佔國有地等罪，分以一百萬、兩百萬元交保，劉政池的妻子飭回。

劉政池經士林地檢署檢察官偵訊後，今凌晨2時許，檢察官以《刑法》竊佔國土罪、詐欺罪、違反《山坡地保育利用條例》等罪嫌將劉聲請羈押。

劉政池豪宅竊佔國有土地，還濫挖國有地，用12個貨櫃併排蓋地庫（下圖），再以1個貨櫃當成通道連接豪宅。
