涉竊佔千餘坪國有地　劉政鴻胞弟遭聲押

【丁牧群／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅「七七行館」，涉嫌竊佔行館旁的國有地1000多坪，並在地下開挖100餘坪地窖，士林地檢署檢察官偵訊後，今凌晨二時許以《刑法》竊佔國土罪、詐欺罪、違反《山坡地保育利用條例》等罪嫌將劉聲請羈押。
 
檢方聲押劉的主要理由是尚有其他共犯沒有到案，且劉對於涉案情節一概否認，恐有串證之虞。士林地院將審理是否將劉羈押。另外，劉政池的2個女兒劉冠廷、劉冠余也被列為被告，昨應訊後遭檢方各以100萬元、200萬元諭令交保。
