美籲中國加強保護智慧產權

美國駐北京大使駱家輝(Gary Locke)今天(14日)表示，中國面臨嚴峻的智慧財產權挑戰，而這個問題已經讓大陸推動創新的努力大打折扣。不過，這項說法招來大陸外交部的抨擊。

駱家輝表示，長期以來，保護智慧財產權一直是外國公司在中國營運的頭痛問題，同時也引發指責，認為大陸執行不力，嚇跑了想要技術轉移以及申請專利的公司。

美國方面一再抱怨，由於大陸管制鬆懈，讓有系統竊取美國創新技術的作為成為可能。

駱家輝表示，要讓專利權的所有人覺得，他們的智慧財產權在中國能夠依法受到保護，這還有漫漫長路要走。

駱家輝表示，只要企業家的努力依然得不到獎勵，中國要開發出一個創新的、21世紀經濟體的努力，就會一直受到阻礙。

中國外交部發言人秦剛反駁這項評論，並且表示，中國在執行保護智慧財產權方面，已經取得明顯的成就。
