假面試真性侵幫傭　惡男辯兩情相悅被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市50歲周姓男子（在押）今年9月晚間，在家面試一名應徵幫傭的中年女子，竟仗著酒意把女方打得鼻青臉腫，持柴刀搶走女方幾千元再性侵得逞，隔晨醒來又蹂躪一次，被捕辯稱兩情相悅，新北地檢署今起訴周男涉犯強盜強制性交等罪嫌，最重可判死刑。

單身的被害人是透過朋友介紹，以每月2萬元酬勞應徵周家幫傭，不料慘遭性侵。因整夜未歸，被害人母親請介紹人幫忙到周家尋女，才救出被害人。

警方在周男床上驗出多處精斑，獨居的周男辯稱第一次不記得，第二次是女方願意的，周男還承認前妻就是被他家暴才離婚。

被害人驚嚇過深，常做惡夢，她說周家在偏僻山區，認不得路加上怕被周男發現又飽以老拳，才不敢趁周男呼呼大睡逃跑。
