陳建良：台示範區加快進行

上海自貿試驗區二十九日掛牌，經建會副主委陳建良今天表示，自由經濟示範區按照自己時程，加快進行。

行政院經濟建設委員會上午赴立法院經濟委員會進行業務報告，陳建良會前受訪時作以上表示。

關於金融開放，陳建良表示，只要不涉新台幣，以外人為主，原則上金管會持開放態度；能夠開放到何種程度要看金管會，金管會已提報行政院。媒體問，上海自貿區已掛牌，示範區動作是否慢？

陳建良指出，自由經濟示範區第1階段，行政院八月中已核定；第二階段（示範區特別條例）預計十月中提報行政院，速度沒所謂快慢，照自己進度，加快進行。
