「我要吃草莓！」又紅又大的草莓，吸引逛夜市的民眾購買；但消基會今(1)日指出，有3成2的夜市水果攤業者沒有明確標示價格，更有9成不知計價標準，雖有標示水果價格，但可能由業者主觀判斷重量，消費者恐任業者隨意喊價，其中士林夜市的芭樂就比其他夜市貴上3倍。

一份水果價錢老闆說了算？消基會針對北、中、南22攤夜市現切水果進行調查發現，僅台北市的士林夜市2家攤商有清楚的標示水果重量及價格，其餘20家攤商都沒有向消費者標示商品計價基準，消基會擔憂，大部分的現切水果業者多是以主觀意識判斷重量，或是使用塑膠袋、免洗杯將水果裝滿後直接以3盒100元販賣，不一定都有實際秤重，難免會有斤兩不一的問題。

業者沒有明確標示售價，消費者恐遭隨意哄抬價格，調查過程中，消基會也發現，士林夜市的水果攤售價較其他夜市業者賣得貴2到3倍，以1顆約300公克的芭樂來看，大多現切水果業者賣50元，但士林夜市竟然要150元，商品售價差異大。

此外，夜市飲食的衛生問題也是一大擔憂，消基會指出，有些業者並沒有完善處理水果，雖有用塑膠袋盒或杯子盛裝，卻沒有封口或蓋上蓋子，販賣時也沒有完善的冷藏設備，甚至有業者沒有使用任何遮蔽物，直接讓水果放在人來人往的人潮中。

現切水果讓民眾快速就能吃到水果，但消基會提醒，多數夜市內的現切水果攤並沒有冷藏設備，處理過程也無法明確得知，民眾在購買現切水果時，最好挑有商譽且周圍環境整潔的攤商，並挑選色澤、氣味自然的水果，避免吃到非法添加甜精或是食用不衛生的水果。
