推廣節約用水、電子帳單　臺水參與各項活動宣導

為了讓民眾更加了解節約用水的觀念，自來水公司各區處藉由各項活動，向民眾宣導，並希望透過使用電子帳單，減少紙本帳單的使用量，也是可以達到節能減碳的效果。

臺中市政府交通局9月28日上午在神岡站舊火車站，舉辦「BIKE樂通勤，CITY饗幸福」自行車減碳活動，自來水公司四區處在現場設攤推廣「節約用水」觀念，現場藉由設計的節約用水小遊戲，與民眾互動，透過生活中一些小動作來達到節水目的，期能將節水方式及節水標章深植民眾心中。並呼應當日節能減碳宗旨，宣導申辦水費電子帳單免寄紙本，少砍一棵樹便是為後代子孫留一片綠地。

另外自來水公司四區處表示，為響應節能減碳政策，營造無紙化生活環境，凡是參加活動申辦電子帳單用戶，現場還贈送紀念品一份，希望擴大使用電子帳單的戶數。
