江揆勘災 張花冠跪求治水預算

康芮颱風導致中南部連日大雨成災，行政院長江宜樺今(30)天南下嘉義勘災時，嘉義縣長張花冠在進行治水計畫簡報時，則突然下跪，拜託中央盡速撥預算治水，但張花冠雙膝還未跪到地，就被眼尖的江宜樺扶起表示，國家財政相當困難，必須召集水利署及地方人士進一步協商。

江宜樺中午前往淹水災情嚴重的嘉義縣視察，昨天被內政部長李鴻源點名「處置應變作為非常消極」的張花冠，到場報告治水計畫簡報，更多次提到自己很「積極」，講到激動處，突然下跪，她說，是中央預算給得不夠多，巧婦難為無米之炊。

江宜樺趕快把她扶起來，並表示目前國家財政困難，必須召集水利署及地方人士，做更進一步的協商。

而對於昨天李鴻源的批評，嘉義縣政府昨晚發布新聞稿強調，張花冠及縣府團隊對防災的重視不容置疑，災害應變能力也絕對經得起檢驗，「謝謝李部長的指教」。張花冠今天在視察災情時也重申，雨水很多，不需口水。
