台北市長郝龍斌投書媒體，拋出「在不設前提之下，召開國是會議。」前民進黨主席蔡英文30日受訪表示，她建議郝龍斌應該去跟馬總統好好談一談，說服馬總統召開國是會議。
蔡英文指出，她覺得問題不在前提，問題在於執政者誠意的問題，只要有誠意的話什麼樣的困難都可以解決，所以她倒是建議郝龍斌應該去跟馬總統好好談一談，讓馬總統有這個誠意來開國是會議。
