法總統：可能9月4日對敘動武

（法新社巴黎30日電）法國總統歐蘭德今天表示，動武懲罰敘利亞可能會落在9月4日，並稱英國在軍事干預行動上突然轉彎，不會影響法國政府的立場。

歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）今天接受「世界報」（Le Monde）專訪時，作此表示。

歐蘭德說，他支持對大馬士革政府採取堅定與符合比例原則的懲罰行動，因為敘利亞當局以化武傷害其國人，法國會就此事與盟邦緊密合作。

法國國會料將於9月4日召開緊急會議，商討敘利亞問題。

至於對敘利亞採取軍事行動，未獲英國國會表決過關一事，歐蘭德說，這項轉變不會影響到法國動手，以懲罰敘國總統阿塞德政府動用化武攻擊平民。

詢以英國不參加，法國是否仍會逕自動手，歐蘭德回答說：「不錯。每個國家都有權決定是否參與行動。不管是英國或法國，都適用此原則。」

敘利亞總統阿塞德政府被指於21日動用化武攻擊平民，歐蘭德矢言，要為此事痛懲敘國當局。他說，種種跡象都指向大馬士革政權該為化武攻擊負責。

不過歐蘭德也排除於聯合國檢查人員在敘利亞進行調查期間動武的可能性。

聯合國秘書長潘基文表示，預料聯合國檢查人員要到31日早上才會離開敘利亞。
