102年度營所稅暫繳 9月1日起跑

一百零二年度營利事業所得稅暫繳申報將於九月一號起，至九月三十號為止，財政部表示，去年企業獲利不佳，今年五月營所稅結算申報情況較去年少，預估暫繳部份應該也會減少。（黃悅嬌報導）

財政部賦稅署表示，依所得稅法規定，應辦理暫繳申報的營利事業，可選擇按上年度結算申報營利事業所得稅應納稅額二分之一為暫繳稅額；公司組織、合作社及醫療社團法人，會計帳冊簿據完備，使用藍色申報書或經會計師查核簽證，並如期辦理暫繳申報者，如不選擇上述方式，得以當年度前六個月的營業收入總額，試算暫繳稅額。

北區國稅局局長李慶華指出，一百零二年上半年才開業或暫繳期間公司解散、合併或轉讓，以及暫繳稅額在兩千元以下等營利事業，都免辦暫繳。『計算出來稅額在兩千元以下，或他在台灣無固定營業場所的營利事業，以及獨資合夥組織及小規模營利事，以合於免稅規定的教育文化公益慈善機關團體、合作社及公有事業。』

根據財政部統計，一百零二年一到七月營利所得稅收兩千一百七十一億，比去年同期減百分之八。官員說，主要受去年企業獲利不佳影響，今年五月營所稅結算申報自繳稅額因而減少，九月份暫繳稅額多少也會受到影響。
