台三線往雲林古坑鄉路段，山坡邊大量的土石泥水、泥流，不斷往下洩，一名駕駛經過，行車紀錄器拍下驚險瞬間，他也嚇得不敢再往前，趕快迴轉掉頭離開。

民宅屋主：「(哇)這裡堆到快一個人高了。」

土石往山腳下沖，沖向崁頂村，其中5戶民宅最嚴重，土石沖進平房的後院，堆到半層樓高，剛好就堆在民宅窗戶邊，屋主聽到轟隆隆聲，拔腿趕快跑。民宅屋主：「看到那邊土石崩下，就流向這裡過來，整個都流下來，我看到不行，就趕快跑了。」

還好人都沒事，只是看著大大小小石頭，只差一點點，就要把房子給埋沒，一顆心還是撲通跳，當地70多歲的村長直呼，活到這把年紀沒遇過。當地村長：「石頭掉在柏油路，轟隆轟隆響！」

國軍弟兄幫忙挖開土石、清理泥水，雲林部分地區還在淹，麥寮有40戶民宅泡在水中，民眾在家裡穿雨鞋，雨水宣洩不及，民眾家裡淹大水，房間裡、臥室床下都是水，這個晚上要再做一天的淹水惡夢。
