摘要：新北市新莊國民運動中心，最近引進高度8公尺的室內攀岩場，是新北市首座，但沒那麼高不可攀，也適合初學者攀爬。中心執行長陳光復表示，攀岩能考驗肌力、肌耐力、平衡感、柔軟度，最重要是能練膽，想要挑戰的民眾，可以前去體驗看看。
