立委質疑 國安局疑監控挺大埔人士

民進黨立委陳其邁、吳宜臻、林淑芬今天開記者會表示，有人爆料，質疑國安局監控聲援大埔事件人士，製作人員列管清冊，要警察機關事先訪查、勸阻，「再現白色恐怖時期的警備總部」。

對此，國安局表示，秉持依法行政原則，絕無從事法律授權以外作為，也沒有透過全國軍警憲檢調系統及教育部，蒐集相關人員名單造冊列管。
