輕度颱風康芮逐漸發威，受颱風影響，今(29)日上午包括雲嘉等縣市因為雨量驚人，緊急宣布停班停課。
氣象局說，29日8時，康芮中心位置北緯25.3度，東經122.3度，即在台北的東北東方約90公里海面上，以每小時18轉22公里速度，向北轉北北東進行。7級風暴風半徑120公里，10級風暴風半徑－公里。近中心最大風速每秒25公尺(約每小時90公里)，相當於10級風；瞬間最大陣風：每秒33公尺(約每小時119公里)，相當於12級風。
目前康芮暴風圈籠罩宜蘭、花蓮及中部以北地區，台灣中部以南降雨明顯，尤其南部地區強降雨持續中。預計此颱風強度有略為減弱的趨勢。警戒區域包括花蓮、宜蘭、新北、台北、基隆、桃園、新竹、苗栗、台中、南投地區應嚴加戒備。台灣東北部海面及台灣北部海面航行及作業船隻請嚴加戒備。
台灣西南部、恆春半島、東半部沿海及綠島、蘭嶼有長浪出現，請避免前往海邊活動；台灣沿海地區也將有較強陣風。台灣東南部海面（含蘭嶼、綠島）及巴士海峽風浪仍大。
