13日上午，在北京海淀區北蜂窩南路上，有10多人集體以喝農藥方式試圖自殺。目擊者表示，現場10多人東倒西歪躺成一片，所幸警方與救護車及時趕到。醫護人員表示，這些患者都是喝了農藥中毒，由救護車送到醫院。其中部分患者穿著「哈爾濱鐵路局」白色T恤，極可能是上訪者。
