太懶惰！馬路鋪柏油　腳踏車被封死

民眾：「拔不動！超緊的！」

腳踏車明明就很輕，但這一輛沒有人可以牽得動，因為輪子埋在柏油裡面，黏死在地上，怎麼出力，都拔不出來。民眾：「這太誇張了！好好的一台腳踏車，用到變成這樣。」記者：「封住這樣啊？」民眾：「對啊，不能騎，這人家的，做事情都不會看的嗎？」

民眾氣得大罵，鋪柏油鋪成這樣，實在離譜到極點，負責的社頭鄉公所解釋，是外包工人惡搞，因為當初貼公告，要所有車輛移開，但腳踏車被鎖在招牌旁邊，工人嫌麻煩，當作沒看見，直接把腳踏車輪子也鋪過去。民眾：「這怎麼這麼離譜！夭壽！」

社頭鄉公所主秘卓智明：「施工廠商施工時沒有注意到，所以這部分會請同仁，要求承包廠商立即來改善。」

雖然車主有錯，沒有移開腳踏車，但工人也未免太懶惰，連講都沒有講，鄉公所坦承督導疏失，只是現在，車主要騎車怎麼辦，只能挖開柏油，重新再補上。
