民眾潑漆聲援大埔 政院：明顯違法

30多名聲援大埔的民眾今天(15日)上午衝進行政院，以雞蛋及裝有紅漆的汽球丟擲「行政院」招牌。行政院隨即在下午召開維安檢討會議，行政院發言人鄭麗文表示，抗議民眾的行為已明顯違法，行政院除了予以譴責外，也將進一步究責。

行政院發言人鄭麗文晚間表示，抗議民眾的行為已涉及妨礙公務、破壞政府機關，且行政院屬於古蹟，民眾的行為也涉及毀損古蹟，行政院除了予以譴責，也將進一步究責。她說：『(原音)他們的行為是非常明顯的違法，不在言論保障自由的範圍之內，對於這種相關行為，行政院表示非常遺憾，並且要予以譴責。』

鄭麗文說，會中也要求所屬警察機關加強維安，以維護政府機關的安全。

她強調，台灣是民主法治國家，大家都應該在尊重法律的前提下表達不同的意見、理性地對話，才能讓台灣繼續進步。
