涉放高利貸 4男依重利罪送辦

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄17日電）陳姓等4名男子涉嫌以「日仔會」方式放高利貸，以10天為一期，換算月利率達30%，高雄市警方今天破獲依重利等罪嫌送辦。

高雄市警察局刑警大隊調查，陳男等4人涉嫌開設地下錢莊，並將可供借貸周轉的名片小廣告夾在路旁的停車，吸引不特定人士上門借貸。

警方查出，民眾如果急需用錢周轉，向陳男借錢後，必須先預扣頭期的利息費用，即每借新台幣5萬元只實拿4萬元，並以10天為一期，每期繳息5000元。

警方完成蒐證查緝，逮捕4人，當場查扣大批商業本票、帳冊、帳單等物證，全案移送高雄地檢署偵辦。1020817
