志工如鄭多燕教露國人減重

我國合會志工遍布全世界，兩年前派駐友邦聖露西亞的鄧雅蘭，推廣公共衛生觀念，決定從推廣減重著手，協助減少慢性病。第一期31位學員BMI平均31，在營養諮詢與運動雙管齊下下，八周內總共減掉45公斤，減重冠軍更一口氣減掉7.8 公斤，鄧雅蘭被志工戲稱是「聖露西亞的鄭多燕」，讓露國民眾了解「享瘦」的好處。
