10月電價漲 經濟成長減0.02個百分點

行政院主計總處昨（16）日表示，今年10月實施的電價調漲方案，將使今年消費者物價（CPI）漲幅提高0.06個百分點，也降低今年經濟成長0.02個百分點。

主計總處昨召開國民所得統計評審會議，在國際景氣低迷，原物料價格走低，進口物價走跌的趨勢下，主計總處將今年通膨率（CPI漲幅）由原預測1.23％調降至1.07％，物價極為平穩。

主計總處表示，本次所有預測數皆已考慮10月電價調漲，估計這項方案只會使今年CPI提高0.06個百分點（今年只影響一季），對明年的影響則達0.18個百分點。

電價調漲除了影響物價，也會影響家庭用電而間接影響民間消費、同時影響廠商投資。主計總處估計，今年經濟成長率將減少0.02個百分點，而明年經濟成長也將因此減0.06個百分點，主計總處官員說，昨日公布的物價、經濟成長已將這些因素考慮進來了。
