黑龍江雨災11死　當局啟動一級響應

大陸黑龍江省暴雨成災，增至11人死亡，3人失蹤，2500多間房屋倒塌，接近200萬人受災，直接經濟損失超過71億元人民幣。當局啟動最高的一級防汛應急響應。

民政部門表示，今年入汛以來，全省出現多場大雨，嫩江、松花江、黑龍江等3條大江，同時出現超警戒水位的洪水，歷史罕見。
