七星潭軍事設施 禁建範圍重新確認

民進黨立委蕭美琴指出，花蓮七星潭風景區旁，因在軍事禁限建範圍，部分居民無法整修住宅，因此屋舍殘破低矮。她去年底至當地考察，並要求國防部辦理軍事設施管制範圍清查作業，今天再邀國防部參謀本部次長陳寶餘、第二作戰區指揮部指揮官全子瑞，至四八高地現場會勘，確定七星街南端以西範圍解除禁建管制，放寬為限建區域，以利民眾居住權益。
