嫌幼女動作慢　機車超載父當街5度推踢

【突發中心／新北報導】小孩是生來疼愛的，不是生來打罵的！新北市三重區驚傳家長不當管教事件，1名爸爸騎機車載著3名小孩，還有第4名女兒站在車旁不知所措，她想鑽進機車前座，卻被爸爸用力推開，她「砰」聲倒地又爬起，繞到車後，期間又被男子踢踹倒地多次。

目擊民眾拍下影片上傳臉書，痛斥：「這女孩被踢了5次，被扯髮、被抓頭、被打頭、前前後後至少5，每1下都非常大力。」並刻意拍下機車車號，要求社會局介入調查。

新北市社會局表示，初步了解該家庭包含被打的小孩在內有4名小孩，該名爸爸因嫌女兒動作慢而動手，雖為偶發事件，但將持續追蹤。
