花敬群：台灣房市1年內就會泡沫

【顏嘉瑩／台北報導】各界對美國量化寬鬆(QE)政策退場看法不一，玄奘大學財經系副教授花敬群今參加《蘋果》的「好建商評選」座談會，會中被詢問到QE退場對房市造成的影響。他說，不論QE退場的理由為何，民眾都應該要更嚴肅看待此事件可能對房市造成的影響。

花敬群認為QE退場有2種可能，一種是「經濟復甦」；另一可能則是「美國不敢再玩下去」。他指出，現在經濟震盪幅度愈來愈大，且時間縮短，經濟將對不穩定，不論是哪一種理由，都在為退場找台階下。

一般民眾多用「看故事」的角度去觀察房地產，花敬群建議中產階級市場才是民眾真正應該關注的。同時他也預測，台灣房市在1年之內就會開始產生泡沫。
