12年國教、《教師法》等案 賴士葆：今天一定要三讀

【何哲欣／台北報導】今天是立法院臨時會最後一天，國民黨團中午開黨團大會，書記長賴士葆會後記者會說，12年國教的母法《高級中等教育法》與《專科學校法》，放寬各級政府舉債額度的《公共債務法》，以及讓行為不檢教師可重回校任教的《教師法》，這些法案今天一定會完成三讀，若在野黨不願簽署協商結論，就只好表決，今天臨時會可以開到晚上12點，不過，他預計臨時會大概會到今晚十點左右結束。
