【短片】喝茫2天被逮　男辯「不知宿醉觸法」

【潘志偉／新北市報導】新北市警察今天凌晨在中和景德街逮捕1名陳姓酒駕男子（34歲）酒測值高達0.56毫克；陳男辯稱，前天晚間10時跟朋友在熱炒店吃飯喝啤酒，昨天回家睡覺後凌晨才外出，以為酒已退但仍被抓。警方不採信，訊後仍依公共危險罪嫌移送。
