智擎(4162)20日召開股東常會，順利完成董監改選，在新任董事名單中，包括首批旅外歸台的生技專家田蔚城，董事陣容更見完整。

此次智擎總計改選9席董事(2席獨董)及3席監察人，9席董事包括東洋(4105)代表人林榮錦及蕭英鈞、國發基金簡伯武及陳發林、葉常青、何俊輝、田蔚城，獨立董事尹福秀及朱立聖，3席監察人則有許明照、元大壹創投代表人彭俊豪、陳慶坤，其中，現任陽明大學教授及藥技中心顧問田蔚城，算是首批旅外歸台的生技達人，在業界輩分頗高，格外受到關注。
