多個律師公會及民間司改會代表，今天上午到司法院前抗議「法庭錄音及利用保存辦法」規定過嚴，限制其辯護權及人民的訴訟權。

司法院傍晚發出新聞稿指出，法庭錄音內含個人聲紋，涉及個人資料，須有限制的公開；律師若要確認筆錄記載，可透過民刑事等閱卷規則、要點規定，聲請聽取錄音內容，錄音辦法的規定，不會影響律師辯護權、人民訴訟權。
