考試委員黃俊英過世

曾經兩度代表國民黨，參選高雄市長落敗的高雄義守大學講座教授，現任考試委員黃俊英，因罹患肺腺癌，今天傳出不幸過世的消息，享年72歲。

黃俊英民國30年生，2002年首度代表國民黨參選高雄市長，最後以三萬票的差距，敗給尋求連任的謝長廷；四年後黃俊英捲土重來，再度代表國民黨參選高雄市長，和民進黨的陳菊勢均力敵，最後因為選前一天，法定競選活動時間截止後的「走路工事件」，讓選案出現戲劇性的結果，陳菊以一千一百多票，極微小的差距險勝，黃俊英再度落敗。

兩度敗選後，黃俊英回到學界，2008年馬總統上任，提名黃俊英出任考試院考試委員。(圖摘自高雄大學網站)
