陸委會：配合教部檢討「3限6不」

針對大陸學生來台就讀的「三限六不」規定，陸委會今天(9日)表示，將配合主管機關教育部的規劃通盤檢討，並推動各項陸生來台就學放寬措施。

陸委會指出，政府在去年已陸續完成多項陸生來台就學的開放措施，包括擴大採認大陸大學(111所)及專科學校(191所)學歷、開放大陸專科畢業生來台就讀二技、增加招收陸生名額總量、開放陸生參加技術士技能檢定考試等；另外還簡化了陸生來台就學時的入境、註冊程序，提供陸生相關便利。

馬英九總統9日出席全國大專校院校長會議，向在場的校長們允諾會通盤檢討「三限六不」政策。

「三限六不」的「三限」是限制採認的高等學校，限制來台陸生總量，限制醫事學歷採認；「六不」則包括不會加分優待，不會影響台灣原本招生名額，中央政府不會編列獎助學金給陸生，在學期間不得從事專兼職工作，畢業後不允許留在台灣就業，以及不准報考公職人員考試。
