洪案禁閉公文未簽准　就派好車送洪到禁閉室

【張沛森／桃園報導】到底是誰指示調派車輛在去年6月28日載洪仲丘到269旅禁閉室？包括連長徐信正、調度士劉得煜在歷次的庭訊中都說不清楚、忘記了；桃園地院今下午傳訊當時擔任旅部連值星官、已退伍的中士呂文豪作証，呂証稱，徐信正在當天晚餐時指示他「明天要派車送洪仲丘到269旅禁閉室」，於是他在晚餐後找來調度士劉得煜調派車輛。
 
曾推說不清楚是否指示呂、劉派車的徐信正被審判長問到：「有沒有意見啊？」他一度表示沒有，卻又站起來回答：「我不是記的很清楚！」6月27日當晚，洪的禁閉公文還在旅部人事官手上修改及呈核，直到翌日凌晨才由當時的旅長沈威志批示，顯示徐信正等人急迫地要在洪退伍前將他送禁閉，公文尚未簽准，車輛卻已事先調派。
