【王翊亘／台北報導】林恩宇2010年回台加盟中華職棒，以選秀狀元之姿加盟兄弟，並簽下月薪29萬的合約，沒想到僅投2場比賽後，便因肩傷整季報銷，洪瑞河強調：「在兄弟象隊，如果比賽中受傷，經總教練確認後，降二軍可不扣半薪。」言下之意，認為林恩宇有欺瞞之意，才因此扣薪。

洪瑞河說：「小雞從日本回來後，自己不斷問他有沒有傷，但他說沒有，所以才會給他29萬的月薪，他開刀後，除了健保之外，自費的費用都是球團支付。」

2010年4月林恩宇開刀，當時雙方已確認復健期間降半薪；2011年，當時報導指出洪瑞河與林恩宇談妥，若整季在二軍，薪水為10.15萬，升上一軍則為20.3萬；2012年，林恩宇月薪14.21萬。

林恩宇經紀人兼律師丁昱仁說：「我們只是希望兄弟給個說法，畢竟林恩宇的薪水，逐月都不同。」丁昱仁列出林恩宇2011年2月至2012年12月的實領薪資報表，「很難看出給薪邏輯。」丁昱仁表示。
