遭控悠遊卡董座時投資虧損　連勝文告鍾小平

【晏明強／台北報導】極可能在2月表態參選北市長的連勝文，昨天才透露在去年九月已籌組了律師團運作至今，沒想到今天就立刻派上用場，由於已宣布參選北市長的國民黨北市議員鍾小平，在「年代向錢看」節目中，指連勝文擔任悠遊卡董事長期間，將公款轉投資到香港做基金，賠了4億餘元。連勝文晚間發布新聞稿指出，鍾小平在未查證情況下，惡意攻擊他的名譽，因此決定委請律師提出誹謗告訴，以正視聽。

連勝文強調，鍾小平所言完全背離事實，他在悠遊卡公司任職期間，從未購買任何一檔基金，且悠遊卡公司也從未投資過任何私募基金。連說，2008年因金融風暴嚴重衝擊，台北市長郝龍斌找他幫忙，他在2008年9月上任時，所有前任投資的基金，因受金融風暴影響，已呈現虧損狀態，當時董事會要求處理虧損基金，且當時悠遊卡公司要申請電子票證，不得再購買基金，因此他任內不但未購買任何一檔基金，也未批准投資任何基金。
