內政部收到大埔案判決書　農曆年前決定是否提上訴

苗栗大埔拆遷戶控告內政部土地徵收違法案，內政部今（9）日上午收到判決書，內政部次長蕭家淇今天表示，內政部將密集開會研議，並在農曆年前決定是否提出上訴。

苗栗大埔區段徵收案，張藥房等4戶拆遷戶控告內政部違法徵收，台中高等行政法院3日更一審宣判張藥房4戶勝訴，其他駁回。

內政務次長蕭家淇今天受訪時表示，已收到判決書，法律規定20天內要上訴，但內政部不會急著上訴，也不會馬上決定不上訴，在決定是否上訴前，必需先找苗栗縣政府討論是否上訴以及後續因應作為。

蕭家淇說，這起案子是否要上訴，將涉及未來土地徵收相關政策與執行，因此需要聽取各界意見，再分析上訴或不上訴的理由，內政部將會先召開內部會議，並找學者、各地方政府討論，尋求共識後再做最後決定。
