指人夫到處留情　女判賠5萬元

【劉志原╱台北報導】林姓女子與已婚王姓國標舞老師有感情及金錢糾紛，2012年11月間，她至台市文山區興隆路附近佈告欄，張貼手寫及電腦打字的告示，指王男「到處留情」、「王八蛋」等語，遭求償105萬元，台北地院判她應賠償5萬元；仍可上訴。

刑事部分，林女去年已遭依妨害名譽罪判拘役59天，可易科罰金5萬9000元確定，民事部分，法官認為，林女指王男「到處留情、希望一個善良女子不要再受騙了」、「王八蛋」等語，已侵害王男名譽權，判賠5萬元。
