摸摸茶遇臨檢擺出空城計　警識破查獲半套色情

【王勇超╱高雄報導】新興分局今天表示，前金區中華路有1間茶坊暗中經營色情摸摸茶，巡邏警組前往臨檢，櫃台負責人曾姓男子大方表示：「現在沒有客人在消費啦，不信我帶你們進去包廂臨檢！」警方說，曾男原本以為擺出「空城計」，警網就會撤回，但帶隊警官仍堅持前往包廂一探究竟，曾男只好陪同警方上樓到包廂逐一臨檢。

警方說，不料就在拉開包廂房門時，當場發現女服務生（30歲）與男客（36歲）進行性交易，2人都沒穿內褲，正在互相撫摸性器官，他們見警察臨檢，連忙抽手，女服務生還把大腿夾緊，擔心警方蒐證時曝光。女服務生與男客供稱，該店只做熟客生意，俗稱打手槍的半套性交易1次1千500元。警方訊後將曾姓負責人依妨害風化罪送辦，女服務生及男客依《社會秩序維護法》裁處罰鍰。
