連長罵「爛渣」兵自殺　家屬求償敗訴

【方翊倩／綜合報導】曾姓士兵3年前在營區舉槍自盡，家屬認為是連長辱罵「爛渣」造成，訴請賠償300多萬，台南高分院二審仍判決家屬敗訴。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，曾姓士兵2011年放春節返台假前夕，簡姓連長以業務處理不當為由，斥責曾姓士兵等3人「爛渣1、2、3號」，並延後排休返鄉
，當晚曾姓士兵在廁所內自戕；家屬認為，死者是受到連長辱罵，導致心理壓力過大才輕生，訴請賠償300多萬；台南高分院二審認為一般人不會因被斥責就自殺，判決家屬敗訴。
