翔昇電子（6114）今天公布2013年12月營收430.7萬元，比11月減少55.89%，較2012 年12月衰退74.26%，下探歷史低檔。

翔昇2013年營收3.15億元，低於2012年11.64%；其中第4季營收2,244萬元，比第3季減少82.46%，也處歷史低檔，今天股價下跌0.4元、3.31%，收盤價11.7元。

翔昇2013年前三季毛利率7.23%，稅後純益32.4萬元，每股稅後純益0.01元；毛利率比2012年同期由負轉正，並轉虧為盈。第3季稅後純損159.6萬元，比上季轉盈為虧，較2012年同期縮減84.39%，每股稅後純損0.06元；第3季營收1.28億元，毛利率8.7%；營收比第2季及2012年同期各增加59.54%、37.47%，創七季新高，毛利率分別提高1.01、3.74個百分點。
