推廣客家美食 桃園客家事務局與三校合作

推廣桃園客家美食，桃園縣府「客家事務局」和萬能科大、啟英高中及永平工商簽訂「合作意向書」，將以三年時間把板條、米食、福菜和梅乾菜等客家食材，透過學校師生研發，並結合當季食材，研發出客家創意料理。　　（李明朝報導）

桃園縣客家事務局賴俊宏局長說，這次跟萬能科大，啟英高中及永平工商簽訂合作意向書，就是透過研發，把客家美食發揮創意，將桃園縣客家餐飲相關產業及客家文化推向全台。

萬能科大餐飲系主任廖成文表示，萬能科大客家料理研發小組會運用客家菜餚中常見食材，再結合桃園在地的豐富農特產，如新屋的黑豬肉、桃園米和有機蔬菜等，搭配當季當令當地食材，以創意、綠色環保及健康概念，研發出具有桃園在地特色之客家美食。

另外，為推廣、傳承客家美食，萬能科技大學也開設「客家美食」必修學分課程，提升客家美食文化水準。
