今晨新竹淡水11.8度　北部有雨南部放晴

【張勵德／台北報導】今天全台各地持續受到大陸冷氣團影響，各地氣溫明顯偏低，清晨平地最低溫為新竹及淡水的攝氏11.8度，預估北部及東半部地區白天高溫約攝氏15到16度，中南部地區因天氣放晴，白天高溫可達攝氏20度以上。

中央氣象局表示，今天北部、東半部地區仍有短暫雨，南部地區及中部山區有局部短暫雨，其他地區恢復多雲到晴。明天北部、東半部地區仍有短暫雨，其他地區雲量偏多，提醒北部及東半部地區民眾今明兩天外出要記得攜帶雨具。

氣象局預估，這波大陸冷氣團預計影響到周六，不過下周日起至周二受到東北季風影響，各地氣溫僅回升約攝氏2度。
